Outside of work, Catherine enjoys road trips, hikes, live music events, and avidly follows Formula One races. With a dream of traveling the world someday, she embodies a holistic approach to both her professional and personal life.

Humphrey Wong
Dietitian
Humphrey Wong, the principal dietitian of 211 Nutrition, has a profound passion for empowering individuals and the community to achieve their optimal health goals through personalised nutrition treatment. He pursued clinical practices at prestigious healthcare institutions, where he honed his skills in clinical nutrition assessment, diagnosis, personalised dietary advice, and evidenced-based nutrition treatments.
Armed with diverse clinical experiences, Humphrey has consistently demonstrated his dietetics expertise in managing Type 1 / 2 / gestational diabetes, Overweight, Malnutrition, Food intolerance and a diverse caseload of chronic health conditions such as chronic kidney disease (CKD), Irritable bowels syndrome (IBS), Inflammatory bowels disease (IBD), Diverticular disease, Oncogenic conditions, Fatty liver, Hypertension, Hypercholesterolemia and Dyslipidemia.
Outside of work, Humphrey enjoys playing tennis, cycling, and spending time with family and friends.

Yunus is a graduate of La Trobe University in Bundoora, having successfully earned his Bachelor of Health Sciences and Master of Podiatric Practice in late 2018.
While Yunus possesses a well-rounded appreciation for all aspects of podiatry, he has cultivated a distinct expertise in biomechanical assessments and sports-related leg, ankle, and foot conditions. His commitment extends beyond offering immediate pain relief to formulating structured rehabilitation programs, ensuring enduring and comprehensive solutions for his patients.
Queenie Hung
Speech Pathologist
Queenie is a Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist with years of experience supporting individuals with disability, prescribing assistive technology (low, mid & high technology), and supporting individuals in finding the best way to communicate. Her vision is for every person to communicate and actively engage in all areas of their life with confidence and to thrive in a supportive environment.
Queenie enjoys working with individuals across the lifespan from children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. She provides assessments and evidence-based intervention in speech, language, stuttering, social communication, augmentative and alternative communication, swallowing, and mealtime management. Queenie’s main areas of expertise are in early intervention, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), paediatric feeding, and aphasia (communication difficulties post-stroke). Queenie is also passionate about working with and empowering families and carers through communication partner training.
